The act of running over retarded pedestrians in the street, hence giving them a concrete nap.
Concrete Naps usually precede dirt naps.

Slap and Nap

This move is very similar to the Slop and Drop, but must be done with a partner. To perform the Slap and Nap, a man has sexual intercourse with a woman. Upon orgasm, the man collapses on top of the woman and falls asleep, thus enhancing both the sexual act and the ensuing nap.

8 Hour Nap

When you go to sleep at night for a full 8 hours, but when you wake up, you feel like you have only had a short nap. Usually when you have to go to sleep by a certain time in order to get up and get ready for school or work. Usually you have a desire to go back to sleep because you are still tired, but do not because you: A. Do not want to get fired from your job or B. Are forced to attend school by the United States government.

Mom: Get up Aaron!
Aaron: 5 more minutes Mom, I've only had an 8 hour nap. I need more sleep.

Hobo nap

Sleeping on the floor without the use of a pillow, blanket, or other padding. Can range from a quick nap to a full night's sleep. Similar to the sleep patterns of a homeless person, who sleeps on the ground.

Zeno: "Dude, all the beds are full. Where are you gonna sleep?"

Justin: "No worries. I'll just hobo nap on the floor."
