The people in question never did anything, and there's no evidence or there is insufficient evidence of them doing anything.

Stop bullying people. Lolcows are normal people.

Lolcow

(n) A lolcow is the victim of being hyped/gassed up over something unflattering or embarrassing. Often associated as a part of bullying and the Lolcow being unaware.

Back in middle school I thought I was so cool for dancing when others said "dance white boy, dance!" when in reality I was being bullied and really not good at dancing. Yup, I was a lolcow.

Lolcow

Lolcows are selfish people who usually at one point were a memed person, but upon realization that they are a memed person. They fail to understand they shouldn't attempt to be funny. They end up selfish for money or fame and just get no-where.

Also a synonym for Elon Musk, but with the accepting of... well actually wait there is none.

Not to be confused with meme as memes are funny.
