The audible cue that someone fucked up in football practice, and the whole team doing up downs because of it. Can also be said as "get em goin!"

This phrase is most commenly used whenever faced with adversity. However, the phrase can also be used as a means to end any trouble one might have. The very phrase itself has spawned a mentality of "who gives a shit", and a basic lack of ambition.

Inquiring as to how your relatives are doing. Not only your mother, but her sisters, brothers, mom, dad, husband, cousins, distant relatives, co-workers, etc.

(Friend you haven't seen in a long time)- "How's your mom and em?"
(Other Friend that you haven't seen in a long time)-" They're (any relatives I can think of) doing just fine, man, how's your mom and em?

This phrase is most effective when refering to some asshole (usually a boss, teacher, or other dipshit) who wants to limit your fun. Could be used in the place of Fuck him/her, screw you, fuck off, etc...

When there is an unavoidable delay in an activity, some people will say "smoke 'em if you got 'em" as a way of saying "this is going to take a while to fix, so you might as well do something other than just wait (like taking a smoke break)".

After Joe's car broke down on the deserted country road, he called a tow truck and told his passengers "Smoke em if you got em".
