A Place usually for people that love to waste time, or have too much time on their hands. Usually inhabited by normal, and strange individuals engaging in pointless chatter. Usually Adolecents, and teenagers visit Chat Rooms.

If a person in their late 20's/early 30's visiting a chat room often, he/she has way too much time on their hands and can be considered a social reject or "Loser".

Chat noir or in English Cat Noir, is a 14 year old superhero in the show Miraculous, and his ring is his miraculous. Chat/Cat noir has is in love with his partner, Ladybug, and Chat/Cat Noir is a giant flirt and everyone who watches miraculous falls in love with him, he also makes a lot of puns but is very caring,loving,brave,funny,confident, fearless,heroic,and flirty. When he is not fighting crime he cant show his true self:chat noir because he is a model and has a good reputation and can’t reveal his identity either.
