when someone is 'hardcore dancing', between all the windmills and spin kicks, another move is usually done which involves touching the ground with each hand in an alternating pattern. similar to the 'floor punch'. if you were to go to a Terror or a Norma Jean gig, you would see many 'scene kids' doing this.

The point about chump change, in the sense of money, is that the amount varies with the context. For the divorced papa paying child support, a job that pays $9 an hour offers chump change. For the 50-year-old laid off after 20 years' service, a severance package of $200,000 is chump change. What would count as chump change Cf. rounding off money.

When a person or vending machine gives you change from a purchase, or breaks a larger currency denomination into smaller denominations and the resulting change is unusual, inconvenient, and/or frustrating.
