When you pull/ take a hit from a THC wax cartridge pen, & taking in a large consumption; until the battery flashes rapidly, indicating the max hit you can take.

Furthermore making you a boss and showing the homies how woke you are, also how insanely high you are and probably trying to stop almost dying from coughing your internals.

The flashing lights indicate that you blinked it, for sure!!

When your homie is hitting a cart, shout real loud, "Did you blink it?"

1. A type of happening, when a community acts to crowdsource a Drone Show for themselves.
2. A tech-themed gathering which showcases modern gadgets and applications to fosters innovation.
