Used amongst psudo-leftists usually in online discussions, mainly as a derogatory slur against white reactionaries, but also used against any critics of modern state capitalist China.

Ironically, it is reactionary in itself, and serves nothing but to further splinter the left wing and alienate potential white comrades. Best to take note of these reactionaries to dispose of later.
