The posting a definition of a word as a status as an attempt to amuse and possibly inform the members of your social network.
An example of Websterbooking: "Vaguebooking - An intentionally vague Facebook status update, that prompts friends to ask what's going on, or is possibly a cry for help."

A mix between Dr. Phil and Webster's Dictionary. In other words, a fucking know-it-all.
Keith: Did you meet Tim at the party last night?

Keith: What do you mean?

One who is proficient in the arts of web surfing and information retrieval.

Websters are known for their ability to find information on a variety of topics, ranging from celebrity gossip to videos of people doing stupid things on the internet.
