"Roof sitter" refers to a Group of Black Poor people with bad credit scores. A Roof Sitter does literally nothing & They often consume "Red 40". A Following of events to unfold without actively participating or taking a proper precaution. This term can imply someone who is black and stupid, choosing to watch from a distance rather than engage directly with poor black poor people will leave you shambles.

bringing humor to grief. to drop something sad in a way to make it delightful to others, or literally dropping a fish from a roof in a city with heavy foottraffic. Someone will pass that fish on a sidewalk and be confused but hopefully delighted.
