Comes from a combination of puke and get out.

puke dog

Puke dog status can only be obtained by becoming overly intoxicated at a local watering hole, precedeing to dance wildly by one's self this person shakes his or her head so violently that when he/she goes to the bar to take a shot, the puke dog lets loose and blows terrible smelling puke all over the bar causing mass exiting.

The event takes place for almost 1000km, the venues being Centennial Park-Fox Studios-Bondi Beach-Oxford Street-City-Chinatown-School (CFBOCCS)
