It was meant to be called 'Prateek' but according to Hindu Mythology, a priest accidently named him 'Parteek' due to his speech problem ( in Hindu mythology,it's called being 'totla'). Parteek can totally mesmerized anyone he talks to specially because of his unique name.

Man: panditji, name this baby
Totla Priest: Parteek!

Yash: why is Parteek late?
Kash: He must be wooing the girls with his unique name.

the other day a hells angel overheard two yahoos sporting Sons of Anarchy TV show jackets and were talking bad ass at the bar. The Hells Angel started to get up to confront the dudes at the bar when his buddy stopped him, telling him not to bother, those dicks are 13 percenters. The Hells Angel then asked what the heck is a 13 percenter. His buddy replied, a 13 percenter is the percent of bikers that falsely claim to be 1 percenters.

one percenter

It really can be anyone who has a mind not very commonplace at all. It can be groups of people who have an opinion so very rarely uttered, a group with IQs exceeding average levels, the rich folk who have enough wealth to influence our country, people who say words that the majority won't even understand or don't make any sort of sense, or even people who simply just have a mind of their own.

While granted this is not necessarily a bad thing all the time, it can be if you happen to be unintelligible, or just plain uncharismatic in general.

Person 1: I think livestreaming is the most stupid career to even take part of.
Person 2: You must be a one percenter...I agree however. Let me turn that to a two percent for ya dude.

The percent of the nation which did not vote for George Bush. Could be used to refer to democrats or liberals. Essentially the same as Forty-Eight Percent Nation, although expressing less disparity in the numbers of people who supported either side.
