Posting many "tweets" on twitter (sometimes facebook) in rapid succession, whether said tweets were important/relevant or not.

JoeBloggs: I just ate a piece of cake (10 seconds ago)
JoeBloggs: That was damn good cake (7 seconds ago)
JoeBloggs: Damn, now I'm thirsty, might get a drink (3 seconds ago)
JoeBloggs: Mmm, pepsi. Goes down good (just now)

A person who tweets so much about so trivial matters that you are forced to unfollow them because they occupy your entire screen, also see Tweet whore.

Today I unfollowed Jenny, that tweet slut can't spend an entire minute without telling the world she queefed.

Someone who accompanies a celebrity or VIP and maintains a twitter account on their behalf.

A political canditate has a tweet gnome in their entourage while on an election campaign. "I was David Cameron's tweet gnome during the election race.

tweeter's remorse

The feeling immediately following a tweet that you regret having sent. Typically felt after responding in a unfriendly way to someone's useless, inappropriate or lame tweet.

Tweeter: So in love with Jacob, I think I'll marry him.
Response: So then why were you fucking his friend Harry last night?

To friend: Oh boy, I shouldn't have tweeted that. I'm having tweeter's remorse.

Tweet Ticker

A widget that allows you to show (in a scrolling manner) multiple twitter feeds in one place. A Tweet Ticker (or TweetTicker) can be embedded onto a web page, and is continually updated with the latest Tweets from the accounts shown in the Tweet Ticker.

An example of a Tweet Ticker can be found at www.people.com/people/news
It's on the right side of the page in blue, and scrolls through the Tweets of select celebrity Twitter accounts.
