The ability to roll a joint with incredible expertise.

To have strollies is to have joint-rolling abilities an extra level above one who merely has "rollies." This is generally determined by the ability to roll up, or "stroll up," a tight baby joint with excellent precision. Strollies are generally held by joint-rolling veterans, but not necessarily marijuana smokers.

Power Stroll

The signature walk of famed Madie Wisnie. Originated while crossing a bayou. A power stroll often results from fear, but sometimes also from courage. It can be a walk of shame or a walk of fame.

Because of the large crocodile, I quickly power strolled across the bayou.

Sea strollers are people who manage to be as tall as the sea is deep at the position they currently are. Although this inordinate capability can be used at all times, the sea stroller's height online adapts when it pleases them. Sea strollers are especially appreciated by people endeavoring to travel through or over the sea. Those people traveling symbiotically with the sea stroller are usually referred to as "sea stroller accessories".
Akin to the sea strollers are pool strollers or lake strollers. However, while the sea stroller is also capable of adapting his height to the depth of a, say, pool, the pool stroller cannot do the same in the sea.

1. A shortening of the term "scroll up," which became popular shortly after the advent of text messaging, meaning to point out something that has just been typed or said, and the person you are chatting with is either too wasted or just plain stupid to recall.

2. To tell someone to pay attention - or get one's head out of one's ass.

3. To flip one's shit on someone. Similiar to saying "snap" or the more archaic "face" as a quick response to acknowledge that individual just got served.
