conservatorship

Its a legal conservatorship where one person takes financial and personal control of another person who cannot control their own life due to a mentally disease such as dementia. This term is hugely known thanks to the #FreeBritney and #FreeAmandaBynes movement. There are more than 1.5 million conservatorships in the United States, most of them are abusive.

Only in people with diagnosed very severe dementia, or a mental/physical illness are "allowed" to be in a conservatorship.

Consent non consent (CNC) is a sexual fantasy/kink or fetish. Often used as a coping mechanism for rape or sexual assault survivors to reclaim authority over their own body. In CNC two consenting adults engage, have a safe word and know each other's limits. One forces the other, while the other pretends to not enjoy what's happening. This is also known as rape play but rape can be a triggering word to victims so CNC is preferred.
