A secret 7/11 menu item that I invented back in the late 90's. I think it was around 97' or so. To make a gernarled-dog, you start with a base layer of ketchup, mustard, and onions inside of a hotdog bun. Then you add a hotdog (standard). The real magic happens when you nestle a taquito right next to the hotdog, atop your bed of ketchup, mustard, and onions. Bite into this bad boy to experience true bliss and ecstasy. Hit up your local 7/11 and tell them purplebh sent you.
