Do the flop guy is a very famous person who made a dance based on his handicap (who made him unable to stand). His technique is to jump into the air and to shout "EVERYBODY DO THE FLOP". Surprisingly, all the people who hear Do the flop guy will fall as the floor with him. Some people are telling it is a martial art, who can be as efficiant as karate

and so they did. Bill died from falling of the 16th floor of a building. The last thing he did was a backflip, followed by a 360° no scope on a random person. His last words were "Lmao Ez no re"
