A kid nobody likes and nobody ever will try to get attention, are not funny. Name origin comes from a Whoopee Cushin, those things are annoying. Just like a Whepie.

Tyler: Ugh, I wish that Whepie moved away :/
Alberto: Do not be so mean!

Debra: Stop defending him
