The nickname for a usually Hispanic male, usually somebody you have a strong disliking in, or a mass number of individuals do. Not always Hispanic. Occasionally from the Carolina's, or Gerogia, Alabama, or Maine.

Debra: Did you see that whepie, ugh!

Tyler: I know right, why does a WHEPIE have to go to our school???
