person of interest of preferred sex. There are 4 levels:
0 - That person is cute or attractive.
1- I have an interest in this person and we will see what will happen.
2- I will pursue them but keep my options open.
3- I'm completely invested in them.

"Hey, i'm into someone, as in I would consider them a level 3 p.o.i.p.s."

acronym for Return On Investment
- applied to sexual relations earned after spending time and money trying to garner a woman's favor. (Ex: . Usage Note: The person who receives the ROI does not have to be the person that put the time in. Ex: Jason spent months taking Laura out and spent lots of money, but his friend Mike got the ROI.
