She takes your order in her raspy voice, and all you can hear is an undertone of disappointment as the result of her lack of success, which can be directly attributed to her life choices and care free attitude towards existence. A woman who you can know with 100% certainty is a burden and disappointment to her family and the laughing stock of her social group. She tries to fit in with the young crowd because her mentality hasn't evolved along with her age due to a lack of life experiences so she is often caught going to the local dive bar and drinking until she feels her mental age, but only ends up making a scene and pissing on the barstool, but she's a regular and it has become expected so everyone just laughs it off in petty.
