Her: We just have to stop in at the party and say "hi". 30 minutes tops.
Him (2 hours later): 30 minutes!? 30 minutes?! Intentional false estimate!
Her: Just like, "the game will be over in 5 minutes?"

False Flag Candidate

In the context of politics, a false flag candidate refers to a person who is presented as a candidate for an election but is actually working in secret for another group or organization. This can happen when a political party or group tries to manipulate an election by presenting a candidate who appears to be from a different political ideology or background than they actually are. The goal is to deceive voters and win their support by hiding the true intentions and affiliations of the candidate.

"She switched parties faster than it took for the election results ink to dry. We think she may have been a false flag candidate. Time to audit her financial donors list and follow the money trail."

"We ran her as a False Flag Candidates, knowing the whole time that she'd switch parties shortly after the win in order to give us a supermajority."

"She was a false flag candidate, and switched parties shortly after winning the election. Time to require a special election for party switching midstream."

false sleeping tug

Typically during a first semester of college, but applicable for all years, the completely awkward situation where your roommate is under the false impression that you are asleep and it is therefore ok to masturbate. You though, are awake, and cannot say anything for the sake of embaressement on both parts.

one who provides, knowingly or unknowingly, incorrect information, confidently as if it where fact. the false information is then backed up by some magnificent (fictitious) source of origination.

Someone that wants others to think that they think they are better than other people, when really they never did think that way.
