echo cold

After being off of work or school for being sick you return to a huge pile of work waiting for you causing you to stress and work late nights, which leads to an echo cold.

Can be used to refer to a cold caused by an earlier sickness for any reason.

I've been up so late doing make-up work I'm developing an echo cold.

ecohypocrite

A person who lectures everyone else on environmentalism yet fails to follow that same advice.

Examples may include: Living in a house larger than your critics, driving the very SUVs you rally against instead of the electric or hybrid cars you think are so great, or flying around in private jets.

Some ecohypocrite decided to lecture us on saving gas, but I saw his air-conditioned limo parked outside.
