The doctrine that in diplomacy or the international political field assassination can be a very effective means of avoiding war. Formally coined as a phrase in an opinion piece by journalist John Stanton in October 2002.

The coinage is a reference to a comment regarding the possibility of a war against Saddam Hussein in Iraq. Texas Bullet Train 

n; When students travel from their homes to college on interstates or highways and form high speed caravans to prevent getting pulled over. This is common on I-35 with students traveling to the University of Oklahoma.

Ex 1:
Driving down I-35, Driver 1 passes drivers 2, 3 and 4 going 85 mph. drivers 2, 3, and 4 all speed up and follow Driver 1 at the same speed, thus resulting in a caravan traveling faster than the norm or speed limit.

Ex 2:
Tom: "Hey that guy is going 15 over, follow him!"
Collin: "Dude, I don't want to get pulled over."
Tom: "No worries, more people will join and we'll have a Texas Bullet Train!"
Collin: "Heck yes, Dallas to OKC in an hour!"

A phrase when a bone soldier of (Bullet Club) or a person wearing a Bullet Club shirt, says after defeating someone especially after whipping their ass in a heated grudge fight. Usually they will throw up 2 Sweet (The Russian Wulf) while walking away to make their statement it's officially over. Made famous by Robert "R666ie" Larremore as seen on World Star.

After dealing with months of threats and shit talking. I beat their ass, and as I walked away throwing up 2 Sweet, I yelled to them "Welcome To Bullet Club BITCH!"
