A place in the 847 located by Mission Creek a.k.a. DEUCE-ONE. The "devil's roof" is basically an alley with a bridge on top that encloses the alley. It is called "devil's roof" because of the graffiti and the crimes that occur in the alley, hence the name "devil's roof"
