Pull a Thrace

A phrase used casually to describe when someone or something disappears without explanation or justification, especially mid-conversation.

Derived from the disappearance of Kara Thrace (Starbuck) while in mid-conversation with Lee Adama (Apollo) on the series finale of Battlestar Galactica

"Hey Dad, can you pay for my... Oh, I think he just pulled a Thrace."

"Oops, my signal died, didn't mean to pull a Thrace..."

To leave a company as an employee only to come back within a 3-4 month span, much to the ridicule and insults of everyone who is still there.

Expression used widely in the Montreal area.

Hey, did you hear? Marty's coming back. I would never pull a bruno!

Pulled a Myers

Usually occurs when a white male teacher with lots of head either:

a) ejaculates himself onto a new topic

b) The class rapes the current topic and gang sidetracks a new hole in the old topic

May also be called "Pulling a stiff Myers" in cases of extreme Butt Pluggage

Mr. Bladow pulled a Myers yesterday when he started to talk about World War 2 instead of teaching us German.

Miss Pogue pulled a stiff Myers when she showed an "adult" rated film to the class and refused to fast forward inappropriate parts of the film, instead insisting on rewinding it several times to show us what a pile driven dirty sanchez truly is.

Pull Out

During intercourse, the male may "Pull Out" meaning to remove his penis from his partner before ejaculating. This is a more unsafe way of "Birth Control", since men often forget to do this.
