Used in when a speaker is changing the conversation from a humorous note to a serious one. The speaker uses "on a serious" to warn his/her companion that he/she is going to shift the gear of the conversation to a serious note.

One-hundred fifty dollars. C stands for "centum" the Latin word for 100. Half means 50 as in half of 100. The word "note" actually come from the $100 bill it's self. Which reads, "This note is leagal tender for all debts, public and private."

Cream Note

Any note that is played or sung that causes a person male or female to cream him or herself. Originally thought to be a myth until recent studies, which have proven that a certain tone or note can cause creaming of ones self. The most common notation for the cream note are F# and G for the saxophone. The song most commonly known for containing multiple cream notes is Canon by Johann Pachelbel, which consists of a total of 23 cream notes. The cream note is known by many as la crème, creamtastic, creamgasma, and more traditionally crème de la crème. In 2007 President Bush passed the Underage Cream Act, which banned playing or listing of the cream note by any persons under the age of 18.

notre dame

a college in south bend, indiana with a lot of rich wise ass whores who think that theyre all that, but if they were really all that they would gotten into yale or havard. it is also a very, very big gothic style cathedral in paris, france. it was also the setting for Victor Hugos "the hunchback of notre dame".

Notre Dame is technically not pronounced correctly in America, just like alot of streets, counties, and cities are pronounced differently in original French.
