This person isn't necessarily bi-sexual in their everyday life because they may not have ever or will ever have a physical, sexual experience with a person of their same sex. A cy-bisexual person uses the virtual world to act out their relationship fantasies even though they may never act on them offline.
Jesse is Cy-Bi (cy-bisexual) because he has a boyfriend online, but he's never dated a guy in person or been with a guy physically.
