1. The inexplicable phenomena found with in females when one mammary occelates out of phase with the other mammary.

2. The term used to describe the situation in which a male and or female makes several other individuals wait, because he or she is preoccupied with handling the mammaries of another female.

can be used to describe anything funny, outrageous, or just plain annoying. Also can be used as an interjection. Can be randomly said.

*someone steals your potato chips* Evil Lag! Give them back!; My door was being an Evil Lag today and refused to open, so I was stuck outside in a long and violent blizzard; In 6th hour today, we watched a boring video, so I just randomly said "Evil Laaaaag!"

net lag 

A temporary disruption of the body's biological clock experienced by persons who stay awake all night chatting on the Internet to someone resident in another time zone (typically a person they have never met and never will). The effects of net lag, which may include fatigue and irritability, generally disappear soon after one's partner discovers the conversation history in the messaging application.
