Noun used to replace a person's name, often done if said person has done something which would consider them to be a non-ideal person.

Often can be combined with other nouns to broden the meaning.

"What are your opinions or Brett?"
"Oh, douche really has outdone himself this time."
"Yeah, what an absolute douche canoe."
"Utter douche nozzle."

The person that turns the volume all the way up, on any TV or Stereo, in an electronic store, So that everyone else is assaulted by their horrible taste in music. Then walks away without turning the volume back down

Walking to my car after work this evening. A group of 4 young dudes walks up to the crosswalk the same time I do. As we wait I hear them chatting among themselves. One turns to me and says "nice hair. Did ur mom fuck a smurf?". To which his buddies laugh. Without missing a beat I look at him, smile, and say "nice face. Did ur mom fuck a horse?" His buddies literally double over howling with laughter. "Douche'!!"
