An unreliable person. Someone who shows up late, doesn't pay rent or repay loans, can't hold down a job for very long, etc. Your typical moop has tattoos, piercings, court-ordered child support, a substance abuse problem and a petty criminal record. One step up from a rubadub.

I thought tending bar would be a fun job, but I couldn't stand listening to the moops tell their stupid fishing stories all day!

mooked

Getting mooked is the word for when you add milk to your cocaine and snort it as a paste. Some people snort coke and drink milk at the same time to get mooked but the paste really works the best as long as you use the right coke to milk ratio. The more fatty the milk is the better the effect. half and half is most potent but if you're on a diet you should get the 1 percent. You're gonna want to drink a lot of milk after mooking.
