Cognitive dissonance in relation to gun facts.

After being shown gun facts which contrast with their beliefs, people who support gun control frequently choose to remain in a state of denial, rather than be open to a new perspective. Their resulting behavior can become childish, aggressive and/or irrational, marked by yelling, name-calling, throwing a tantrum, and/or threatening violence. GunCog is basically anti-gun brain fog. By choice.
