Cognitive dissonance in relation to gun facts.

After being shown gun facts which contrast with their beliefs, people who support gun control frequently choose to remain in a state of denial, rather than be open to a new perspective. Their resulting behavior can become childish, aggressive and/or irrational, marked by yelling, name-calling, throwing a tantrum, and/or threatening violence. GunCog is basically anti-gun brain fog. By choice.

Why ya gotta be so guncog? All I did was show you a graph about failed gun laws. Please halt your aggression, stop yelling at me, take a deep breath, and rethink the facts.

A fart thrown with the hand, named after German footballer İlkay Gündoğan. The cupped fart is commonly delivered with a lob rather than a traditional throw, into the face of an unsuspecting victim. The act itself is known as lobbing a gundogan.
