When someone says, “that’s not where it’s at/ what it’s about”, it shows that a person or situation is missing a certain quality. Gooboobootis is the quality of something that is just right.

He’s just not all that. Unlike us, we are/have gooboobootis.

A very, very good dog; or, any and all dogs. A dog does not have to be a boy to be a gooboy. Occasionally a cat can be a gooboy, but only when it behaves like a dog. Can also be spelled 'gooboi'.
