Expetition

A mode of coordination where friction is used constructively to drive mutual progress. Unlike competition (which weaponizes friction) or cooperation (which suppresses it), expetition structures difference and tension so all participants advance together without domination or forced consensus.

The team stopped competing for credit and stopped pretending to agree, and instead shifted into expetition, challenging each other openly while moving toward the same goal.
