Emotional Sherpa

Someone who is only a means to keep you emotionally/romantically stimulated until you find who you really want/are meant to be with. They are easy to become infatuated with and almost as easy to leave. They often set a standard of how you want and should be treated but you won't stay with them, they are just a guide.

Everyone thinks I'm just going through relationships for giggles and shits but truth is all I'm doing is being everyone's Emotional Sherpa...

A sudden change in mood, either due to a narcissistic partner, someone trauma dumping on tiktok, or the fuckening happening really early in the day.

I was in such a good mood until I got on TraumaTok. I got emotional whiplash. Some people need to treat their secrets like they keep a social security number. Take it to your grave.

Your emotional algorithm, is a subconscious selection process that is choosing the wrong the person for you. You overlook the red flags because are so familiar that they feel like home. Possibly the same red flags as one of your parents.
