Get the no bones mug.Bope is a word that a group of guys from New Canaan, Connecticut use. It is a filler for when you don't have anything better to say. You will often hear it in the lacrosse locker room after school monday through friday. Bope can be used for anything in the world. It is often screamed or used after an adjective (Sad bope). In addition, it can also be used after any sentence possible. If you feel any type of emotion add bope at the end of it and it will make it sound that much better.Everyone who isn't filled in on what bope is, either gets confused or very stressed out, and will often counter at bope. The two biggest bope haters include Cody Newtown and Joe Costigan.
A Situation where bope will arise:
Kids are on a bus having a normal conversation on their way back from a lacrosse game. All the sudden Will "suicide mission" Simpson jumps over the seat in a swift ninja-like movement like a kamikaze (which is suprising for his size) and yells "Bope!" At the top of his lungs so everyone hears it., including the coaches.
