Sophomore year

The most irrelevant year of high school. It’s basically the “middle child” of high school. It’s basically a filler year. But it’s a really easy year. And at least you get more respect than the freshmen. By sophomore year, you should be more comfortable with your surroundings now & you pretty much already know the routine of high school. But you’re still not an upperclassman yet, so don’t get too cocky just because you’re not a freshman anymore. And this is the last easy year you’re gonna have, so enjoy it before you hit junior year.

Sophomores

A group of 10th graders who brag about the fact that they’re not freshmen anymore, but little do they know that they’re still underclassmen. They’re really no different from the freshmen, based on maturity levels. And high school is a breeze for them because they’re in the easiest year & they’re more comfortable with their surroundings & they’re used to the high school routine. And they are most likely learning how to drive and getting jobs. Being a sophomore has its perks, and it’s a lot better than being a freshman.

Sophomores

A group of 10th graders who think they’re better than everyone else just because they’re not freshmen anymore. But little do they know that they’re still underclassmen. They are only in their 2nd year of high school, so they can’t really pick on anyone yet, besides the freshmen. But based on maturity levels, sophomores might as well still be freshmen because they don’t act any different from them. They are also most likely getting a job & learning how to drive.

Soph

So back in 2022, there was such an account as BigPutz41 and uh that was kind of my account... So on that account, there is a definition of "Soph" and it has 15 dislikes which I kind of agree with because uh my sister made that and the shortened version of my name is kind of Soph... So yeah here's the new freshened version of it:

Sophs are usually pretty super awesome gaming people. They definitely have brown hair and brown eyes - and if she doesn't, then they're not a real Soph. They are weird as hell (can't disagree 😜). You might see her doing some weird ass dances (no you won't... oh wait are you talking about that time... OH YEAHHH we don't talk about that one time-) (jk). They probably have no friends or some small amount of toxic friends (not true... actually not that my friends are very nice... jk lol). They like to listen to 2014 music (#1 it's 2017 music #2 I listen to that like once in 19823752347 years and #3 honestly tho 2017 music ain't bad heh). In general, they're weirdos that I recommend avoiding (so that's why my friends call me weird they probably just read this definition lol). But if you do come across one, you gotta try really hard to do whatever they say otherwise she will bully you (KHE KHEM I GET BULLIED MYSELF LIKE EVERY 3 SECONDS I'VE LIKE LITERALLY NEVER BULLIED ANYONE I ONLY DEFEND-). Yay best definition ever :)))))))))))))))

Now this is a VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY true meaning (definitely) I mean honestly though why would it be in the dictionary if it wouldn't be true?! So yeah basically the meaning of sophophobia is is the fear of Sophs, so you are basically just scared of any person named Soph or with a name that can be shortened to Soph, so yes very relatable definitely :D
