The act of one singing his or her current favorite Lil' Wayne lyric, usually consisting of one or two bars of a song.

(walking down a hallway) Germz: "Tha-tha-tha the money is the motive, fuck wit the money it get ugly as coyote".

Andrew: "What??"

Alex: "Its a Wayne Saying".

Andrew: "Oh. Roger that, r-r-roger that!"
