A derivation of the Irish "Colleen", meaning "girl". Cauleens are gracious, lively and often generous to a fault. Cauleen may also be used interchangeably with girl, lass and hottie.

I heard they got in a fight, i tried to break it up but i didnt caution the caldron and got yelled at.
