Toong (or Tüng) is a word used my alpha males who usually also vape - a word used to describe a man's penis. It origanted in 2019 when 2 men walked into Lessons (Clothing Store) in Perth Western Australua, where a man named Tuong tried to make them buy an $800 shirt he wanted to get rid of.
