when an internet troll sits in a discord server or youtube chat and lurks until their target says something, and then they immediately have something to say. Usually something malicious and derogatory towards their target. These people usually have nothing better to do with their lives than sit on their computer all day. They also usually have many files of photos and know an alarming amount of information regarding their targets. This behavior is taken part by individuals who are so miserable with their own life and appearance so they are always looking for the chance to make everyone else miserable too.

The man does nothing of value with his life, instead he insists on sniping discord servers all day and insisting everyone else is a LOLCOW.
