Used to call someone out for extreme stupidity or willful ignorance in a way that’s guaranteed to get under their skin. The word blends “ignorant” (as in uninformed or foolish) with a sharp, jabbing prefix that implies the person is a lesser version of a human being—mentally slow, clueless, and proudly so. Usually meant to trigger or roast someone who's acting like a total idiot.
