Mating with the purpose of distracting oneself from the task at hand.

I had this huge paper to write, but I kept putting it off with reproductive procrastination. It' s nine months later now, and I regret not writing my paper.

When you procrastinate so much to the point it is 11:58 pm and your damn homework is due in 1 minute because you spent all day on urban dictionary and have your mom yelling at you by getting a 0

procrastibake

to procrastinate by baking. come anytime assessment is due, you (or your friends) feel the need to make lots of little delicious things that can be eaten preferably whilst on a lunch break with fellow procrastibakers at a library etc. usually sweet in nature, favourites include muffins, banana bread, cakes, and scones. however, the more complex the recipe, the greater time not spent studying!

Hayley had a nasty essay to write for Psychology before next week, so she found herself in the kitchen about to procrastibake a pumpkin pie in the hope to drive it out of her mind.

Procrastination Cuisine

S: (n) food purchased and/or prepared solely for the purpose of avoiding work that one is committed to have completed by a certain soon-approaching time.

The term is often used in combination with Procrastiscribing: the act of defining on Urban Dictionary the type of procrastination one is currently exhibiting as a means of additional procrastination.

Carleton Student #1: "You're going to Oasis /again/? I didn't know one man could be so hungry at two in the morning!"

Carleton Student #2: "Nah, I'm not hungry; I'm just enjoying some Procrastination Cuisine instead of starting my Phil term paper due in six hours."

Carleton Student #1: "Have you started that term paper yet?"

Carleton Student #2: "Nope, though I /am/ quite masterfully describing my current form of procrastination on Urban Dictionary. Hey, do you know what procrasturbation is?"
