2. Remembering that depressed/ anti-social people need to stick together

I have depression

You'll probably get it when you see me hating myself so I don't shower for days which makes me even hate myself more, because why shouldn't I shower with depression, why am I resisting to normal hygiene standards? Anyway, if someone says that, just say something like 'yeah' or 'Feel you'. Better than you being too nice and who would write a whole book about why that person shouldn't have depression.
