The cool way of saying bitch, with a British accent. Usually used when joking around with your friends. Pronounced, (behch)

"Hey Labon," said Mary. *Labon turns back* "YOU'RE SUCH A BETCH!" says Kimberly, Mary, Matt, and Caroline, while sticking up the middle finger, and they all laugh like crazy. Labon says back, "Betch!" in a gay voice, and everyone laughs even harder!
