Brownington

Two typical Australian desserts combined to make one delicious dessert. It starts with a layer of brownies, then a layer of Creme Anglaise} (also known as French custard) and topped off with a layer of lamintons. This amazing dessert will be a hit at parties.

Mother: "What sweet treat would you like to have at your birthday party son?"

Kid: "I want to have Browningtons. The best dessert in the world, it is a combination between brownies and lamingtons."
