School that rejects top applicants because it realizes top applicants probably won't enroll. This is also known as "Tufts Syndrome."

I got rejected at Tufts, but I don't care because I am going to Harvard.

Person A: You go to Tufts?
Person B: Yah. I got rejected everywhere else.
Person A: That sucks.
