Although it is not a serious term, and is used in somewhat of a joking matter. It would not be used for a serious matter like a car accident or a death in the family.
For instance: Somebody in your group takes a bong rip and forgets to clear the chamber. Somebody will say "Fuck RICK!" Even if the offender's name is not Rick. Also Apllicable to when somebody drops a Roach or Coughs Their Hit.
