twenty-seven percenters

1. People either genuinely crazy or so woefully misinformed about how the world works, the bases for their decision making is so flawed they may as well be crazy.
2. People with a worldview which lead them to disagree with what you consider rationality even though they arrive at their positions through rational means.

Obama vs. Alan Keyes is proof. Keyes was from out of state, so you can eliminate any established political base; both candidates were black, so you can factor out racism; and Keyes was plainly, obviously, completely crazy. Batshit crazy. Head-trauma crazy. But the twenty-seven percenters in Illinois voted for him. They put party identification, personal prejudice, whatever ahead of rational judgement. Hell, even like 5% of Democrats voted for him. That's crazy behaviour. I think you have to assume a 27% Crazification Factor in any population.

Percy

1.) A name which a man gives to his penis when dissociating himself from responsibility for its actions or reactions.

2.) A homosexual character in jokes which heterosexual people make about homosexuals. There's usually another homosexual (called Cyril) in the jokes.

A gorup of mostly Black men and some black woman. Most of there followers are from the hood and ghetto. And a lagre number are in the jails and prisons accross america. They beleive the black man is the supreme being on earth, and the white man is the devil. The profess to strive for knowledge/truth/understanding. There nubers are small hence 5%, research shows there real number of members accross the world are less then .003%, Most in America. They believe the White man was created by a scientist. They usually give themself a new name after they obtain "knowledge of self" aka become a five percenter. They claim to teach the truth about all things, and if they dont have an answer to something, they comment "we speak only of what we know."
