It's somebody who trolls on a forum or website, but then later apologizes for their actions and moves along to a different place to do it again. First they're sour, then they're sweet, then they repeat.

The sour patch troll made an obscene post on the forum, but later apologized for it.

Tattoo equivalent to tramp stamp but not as slutty looking. Usually also means that the girl is a grade A Bitch.

jazz patch

Hipster facial hair style. Facial hair on men (and, rarely, women) often forms an inverted triangle directly beneath the lower lip, while the true beard forms further south. Leaving this small triangle of hair intact while shaving off the hair below it produces a jazz patch. An early popularizer of the style was Frank Zappa (RIP).

He got rid of the goatee; now he's got a jazz patch and some ugly-ass sideburns.
