An internet meme manifesting as an image macro showing a picture of a stereotypical nerd from a high school yearbook. The text that goes along usually tells of Bad Luck Brian's misdeeds. These are acts that he commits usually with good intentions but turning out to be bad through unforseen consequences or mistakes on Brian's part. Often he has defecated his pants while doing a courageous act quite unlike him.

The best movie ever to be created and probably the only movie with an all Asian cast that is not some sort of sterotype (martial arts, yazuka...). The rights to Better Luck Tomorrow were bought by MTV which tacked a confusing new ending on it. Its actors were awesome! Go Parry Shen!
Even though Better Luck Tomorrow is an independent film, since MTV bought the rights to it, you can find it at any Blockbuster.

When a request or problem is described, this phrase is used to tell the person that what they need or are requesting is simply not possible/available and probably won't be in the near future. An "urban" variation of "out of luck".
Jill: I'd like to borrow your bike so that I can go down to the grocery store.
Jack: Sorry Jane, its got a flat, you're shit out of luck.
